If you've been previously tattooed on the area, you must email me a clear photo before booking your appointment. The photos must be approved before booking to ensure I can work on the area. The booking fee will be forfeited in some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before I proceed with a cover-up.
A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm every new appointment. The booking fee is to ensure no last minute cancellations or no shows and will be deducted from the total cost of your session.
Each individual's healed results varies. I have no control over what occurs during the healing process. No guarantee can be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) are required to obtain the desired results.
I ask 24 hours notice if you decide to reschedule your appointment.
I understand that sometimes circumstances arise that are out of our control, however if we reschedule a appointment more than twice, another booking fee will be required to secure a third appointment.
Due to natural unseen circumstances, I can reschedule a appointment and I am not responsible for your time taken off work or travel related cost. Your appointment will always be rescheduled as soon as possible.
If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit the booking fee.
If you reschedule, you must secure the date within two days. You cannot cancel a appointment and re-use a booking fee later.
The booking fee needs to be paid at the same time as the booking. It is to ensure no last minute cancellations or no shows, it is non refundable and deducted from the total amount. My minimum age requirement for a cosmetic tattoo is 18 years old.
Please contact me if you're going to be late. Being more than 10 minutes late to your appointment will result in the forfeiting the booking fee and the cancellation of your appointment.
Pricing is subject to change at any time. Rates are only secured once the booking fee is received.

Additional appointments will be charged according to my current pricing. Your second session, may be scheduled no sooner than 8 weeks following your first session. We want to give your skin time to fully heal and regenerate before the touch up. Annual to two years touch up are usually recommended to keep up with the desired results.
The cost of service must be paid at the appointment. It is the clients responsibility to know I only accept cash and etransfer. You cannot pay later.
