Cancellation Policy

Beauty Marks By Renee | Renée LeBlanc Please read the following policies carefully before booking your appointment. By scheduling a service, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed below. Booking Fees A booking fee is required to secure all appointments and course dates. This fee is non-refundable and is in place to protect against last-minute cancellations and no-shows. The booking fee will be applied toward your total balance on the day of your appointment. Cancellations of any kind will result in the automatic forfeit of your booking fee. Pre-Approval for Previous Tattoo Work Clients with previous tattoo work (brows or lips) done by another artist must submit clear photos for pre-approval before booking. Failure to submit photos before booking may result in denial of service. In such cases, your booking fee will be forfeited. Healed Results & Touch-Ups Results will vary based on each client’s skin, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. A minimum of two appointments is generally required to achieve optimal results. Additional sessions may be necessary and will be charged accordingly. Touch-up appointments are available for returning clients only and must be scheduled within 5 to 14 weeks of your initial appointment. Outside of this window, additional charges will apply. Annual Refreshers Annual refreshers are designed for returning clients only and are recommended once a year to maintain color and shape. Communication & Confirmations Confirmation messages will be sent out prior to your appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all contact information is correct and that they receive their confirmation. Beauty Marks By Renee will not be held responsible for missed appointments due to incorrect or missed communications. Age Policy Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive any cosmetic tattooing services. No exceptions. Final Sale Policy All transactions are final. No refunds will be issued for any services performed. Right to Refuse Service Renée reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at her discretion. Zero Tolerance Policy Beauty Marks By Renee has a strict zero-tolerance policy for disrespect, bullying, racism, or any abusive behavior. Such behavior will result in immediate termination of services and future booking privileges.
